This Privacy Policy explains how linkom ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use linkom.app. linkom is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address, name, and password (stored hashed) — or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
• Profile content: the username, links, social handles, branch locations, and images you add to your public page.
• Usage data: aggregate views and link clicks on your public page, including approximate country and referrer, used to power your analytics.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Service and your public page.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To show you analytics about your page.
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
• To detect abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run linkom:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database (D1), and media storage (R2).
• Paddle — payment processing and billing (Merchant of Record).
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails.
• Google — optional sign-in, if you choose it.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and personal data, except where we must retain records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.

7. Public content

Remember that your linkom page is public by design — anything you add to it can be seen by anyone with the link.

We may update this policy; changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
