Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of linkom ("linkom", the "Service", "we", "us"), a link-in-bio service operated by an individual sole proprietor based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

linkom lets you create a public profile page that gathers your links, social accounts, and — on paid plans — a GPS-based branch finder, under a single URL at linkom.app/your-username. Features available on each plan are described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use linkom to publish or link to content that:

• is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or fraudulent;
• contains malware, phishing, or attempts to harm other users;
• is hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative of minors;
• impersonates another person or business without authorization.

We may suspend or remove any account or content that violates these Terms, at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries related to payments and manages returns. Prices are shown in USD and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Applicable taxes are collected by Paddle where required.

Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your linkom page. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you publish.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, linkom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
