What every plan shows

Dashboard → Analytics. Choose 7, 30 or 90 days. You see Visitors, Visits, Taps and Tap rate, each compared with the previous period, and a Visits per day chart.

Full analytics (Starter and up)

• Links — taps on each link.
• What visitors tapped — WhatsApp, calls, social accounts, branches, the nearest-branch button, app downloads, the shop, YouTube videos, the announcement bar and product orders.
• Where visitors came from — Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Facebook, X, YouTube, Google, QR code, other websites and direct.
• Branches, Devices (phone, tablet, computer, and the system), Countries and Cities.
• Results by source — sign-ups, orders and sales from each source.
• Promotions — how your pop-up, game, side button and bottom bar perform.
• Busiest times — a map of the days and hours your page is visited most.

Tracked links

1. 1In Where visitors came from → Tracked links, type a name — for example tiktok-ad or the name of a person promoting you.
2. 2Copy the link it makes (linkom.app/yourname?src=name) and use it in that place only.
3. 3Visits from that link then appear under its own name, so you know exactly what works.

How visits are counted

Each visitor is counted once a day, page reloads don't count and bots are excluded, so the numbers reflect real people.

Connect your tracking tools (Pro and up)

Connect Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn or Microsoft Clarity to your page — useful for running and measuring ads.

1. 1In Connect your tracking tools, paste the tool's ID — or paste its whole code and linkom picks the ID out of it. Each tool shows where to find its ID.
2. 2Choose the Cookie notice for your visitors: Europe only (recommended), every visitor, or don't show it.
3. 3Tick that you're responsible for these tools and for mentioning them in your privacy policy, and save.

Tip: Your page sends these events: page view, link tap, contact, find location, view item, add to cart, lead and purchase (with the total). Names, phone numbers and emails are never sent.
