Shop

Before you start

The shop is part of Pro and Business. Orders are sent to you on WhatsApp (or visitors go to your own product link), so add a WhatsApp number first.

Turn on the shop

1. 1Go to Dashboard → Shop → Settings.
2. 2Turn on Show the shop on my page and give the section a title.
3. 3Choose How visitors order: WhatsApp message, or Product link (your own website).
4. 4Add Categories if you like (they show as tabs), and choose the options: tabs, a search box, “You may also like”, product reviews, and whether sold-out products show with a badge or are hidden.
5. 5Save.

Add a product

1. 1In Products press + Add product.
2. 2Add the name, description and up to 8 photos (the first is the main one; square 1080 × 1080 works best).
3. 3Set the Price — and a Price before discount to show it crossed out with the % off. Choose the currency.
4. 4Optional: category, brand, SKU, Track stock, labels (New, Best seller, Limited, Offer), Show it first, a video link and the branches where it's available.
5. 5Options: up to 3 (for example Size and Colour) with up to 20 values each. With Price & stock per choice you can price each combination and mark combinations you don't sell as “Not sold”.
6. 6Add-ons — extras with a + price (up to 20), and minimum or maximum per order.
7. 7Press Save product.

Tip: Each product row shows views, add-to-cart and orders. The ⋯ menu has Edit, Duplicate, QR code (a QR that opens that product) and Delete.

Many products at once

• Excel ▾ → Download the template, fill it in and upload it. You can update matching products and add new ones, or replace all your products.
• Import from your store — paste a Google product feed (Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce…) or a Shopify / WooCommerce store link, and press Import products. Turn on Sync every day so prices and stock follow your store.
• Change prices — raise or lower all prices (or one category) by a percentage.
• Up to 500 products per page.

Cart and delivery

Turn on the Cart so visitors can order several products in one message. Then:

• Home delivery — your delivery areas with a fee for each (up to 60), delivery to other areas, and whether to ask for an address.
• Pick-up from a branch — customers choose one of your branches.
• Free delivery from and Minimum order.
• Order times — take orders only during your WhatsApp opening hours, and let customers choose a delivery or pick-up time.
• VAT — a rate and whether your prices include it.
• Email me for each order, and a low-stock email when a product reaches a number you choose.

Ways to pay, discount codes and offers

• Ways to pay (up to 8): a payment link (for example from your payment provider), a bank transfer with your IBAN, cash on delivery, pay at pick-up or other. The money goes straight to you; linkom never touches it.
• Discount codes (up to 50): % off, an amount off or free delivery, with a minimum order, an end date and a maximum number of uses.
• Automatic offers (up to 10): Buy X get Y free, % off products, or spend & save — no code needed. If several apply, the customer gets the biggest.

Orders

Cancelling an order puts its items back in stock. Download (Excel) exports your orders. Shop performance shows sales, orders, average order and best sellers.

1. 1New orders appear in the Orders card with a badge. Open one to see the items, totals, customer details, delivery or pick-up, time and payment.
2. 2Change its status (Confirmed, On the way / Ready, Done or Cancelled) and tick Mark as paid when you've been paid.
3. 3Press Send the update on WhatsApp to message the customer in their language with a link to their order page.

Sell on Instagram, Facebook and Google

Product feed for ads gives you a link to add once in Meta Commerce Manager or Google Merchant Center. Products need a price and a photo to be included. Printable catalogue (PDF) gives you a ready catalogue of all your products.
