Let visitors message you in one tap: several numbers for different teams, a floating button, a big button and your opening hours.

Add your number

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → WhatsApp.
  2. 2Choose the country code and type the number.
  3. 3Give it a Name (for example Sales) and, if you like, a First message that's already typed when the chat opens (“Hello! I'd like to ask about…”).
  4. 4Press Save.

Several numbers

Press + Add number to add Sales, Support, Bookings… (up to 20). With two or more, visitors see “Who would you like to talk to?” and choose.

How many numbers your page shows: Free and Starter 1, Pro 2, Business all of them. Extra numbers stay saved and show a lock with the plan that shows them.

Buttons on your page

  • Floating button — a round WhatsApp button in the corner of your page, always in reach. Choose Left or Right. Every plan.
  • Big button above the links — a wide “Chat on WhatsApp” button at the top of your page. Every plan.

Opening hours (Starter and up)

Visitors then see “Online now”, “Closed now” or when you open next (“Opens at 09:00”, “Opens tomorrow at …”). The Shop can also take orders only during these hours.

  1. 1Turn on Opening hours and check the Time zone.
  2. 2Choose Open 24/7, or set each day: Closed, 24 hours or Set hours (open and close times).
  3. 3Choose whether to show the status message. Leave “Text when open” empty for “Online now” in each visitor's language.
  4. 4Save.
