Links, headings and text

Where to find it

Dashboard → Links & branches (the first screen after you sign in). The cards are: Announcement bar, Links, Branches, Social icons, App download links and YouTube.

How many links you can have: Free 8 per page; Starter, Pro and Business unlimited. Headings and text blocks don't count toward the limit.

Add a link

1. 1In the Links card keep the Link tab selected.
2. 2Paste the address into “Paste a link — Instagram, WhatsApp, a website…”. linkom guesses the name and the icon (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Google Maps, App Store…).
3. 3Change the Icon or the Title (optional) if you like.
4. 4Press Add.
5. 5Drag the new link by its handle to put it where you want.

Tip: Links can be web addresses (https://…), email (mailto:…) or phone numbers. Links that are known to be unsafe are refused.

Headings and text blocks

• Heading tab — a title between your links, like “Our menu” or “Book now”. Press Add heading.
• Text tab — a short paragraph (up to 600 characters). Press Add text.
• When you edit them you can set the Colour, Alignment (Start, Centre, End) and Size (Small, Medium, Large). Text blocks can also have a Background colour.
• Up to 50 headings and text blocks per page.

Manage your links

• Drag the handle (⋮⋮) to reorder.
• The Visible / Hidden switch hides a link without deleting it.
• The pencil opens Edit: icon, title and address. Inside you'll also find Style, Schedule, Undo changes, Duplicate and Delete.
• Each row shows how many times the link was tapped.

Folders: links inside a link

Drag a link a little to the side, under another link, to put it inside it. On your page the top link gets an arrow — visitors tap it to open the links inside.

Only one level is possible, and headings and text blocks can't be folders. If you hide or schedule the top link, the links inside it are hidden too.

Schedule a link

1. 1Open the link (pencil) → Schedule.
2. 2Set Show from and/or Hide after. Leave a field empty for no limit.
3. 3Save. Outside those times the link isn't on your page at all, and the row shows “Starts …”, “Until …” or “Ended”.

Tip: Perfect for limited offers, events and seasonal menus — set it once and forget it.

Give a link its own look

• Open the link → Style (paint icon).
• Thumbnail — an image shown instead of the icon (square images look best).
• Button and Text colours, Corners (from square to round) and an Effect: Buzz, Pulse, Shine, Wobble, Glow or Bounce.
• Age check — Off, 18+ or 21+: visitors confirm their age before the link opens.
• Reset style returns the link to the design's look. To style all buttons at once, use Appearance → Customize → All buttons.

Announcement bar

A slim message at the very top of your page — offers, news, opening hours. It's on every plan.

1. 1Turn on Show the bar.
2. 2Write the Message (up to 140 characters).
3. 3To make part of it a link, type the Linked phrase (or select words and press Use selection) and fill in the Link.
4. 4Pick a Style — Static, Ticker, Pulse, Buzz or Shine — and the colours (Match my design, or your own).
5. 5Save changes.

Social icons

Small round icons for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and Phone. Press + Add, choose the platform and paste the address (or tel:+… for a phone number). Up to 30.

App download links

Paste your app's links from the App Store, Google Play, AppGallery or Galaxy Store. They appear on your page as store badges. Each one can be shown or hidden.

YouTube videos

Free shows your latest video; Starter, Pro and Business show up to 6.

1. 1In the YouTube card paste your channel link or @handle and press Connect.
2. 2Your latest videos appear on your page and update by themselves when you upload.
3. 3Use Show on my page to hide them without disconnecting, or Disconnect.
