Branches and the nearest-branch finder

List all your branches with their Google Maps links. Visitors tap once and see the branch closest to them, with directions.

Open in dashboardBusiness plan

Who it's for

Restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, clinics, shops — any business with more than one location. The branch finder is part of the Business plan; on other plans you see the Branches card locked.

Add a branch

  1. 1Go to Links & branches → Branches → Add branch.
  2. 2Type the Branch name and the City (suggestions come from the cities you already entered).
  3. 3In Google Maps, open the branch → Share → Copy link, and paste it into Google Maps URL.
  4. 4Wait for “✓ Location found” — the location is read from the link, nothing to type.
  5. 5Press Save changes.

Tip: A branch without a Maps link is still listed, but it isn't used by the “nearest branch” button.

Add many branches at once (Excel)

A page can have up to 300 branches.

  1. 1In Add many branches from Excel press Download template.
  2. 2Fill in one row per branch: Branch name, City, Country (optional) and Google Maps link. If your page has several languages there's a column for each.
  3. 3Press Upload file (.xlsx or .csv). linkom shows “Added n branches — check them, then save”.
  4. 4Check the list and press Save changes.

How branches show on your page

  • “Nearest branch” button — visitors allow their location and get the closest branch, how far it is and directions.
  • Group by city — one tile per city, when you have branches in two or more cities.
  • Group by country — a row of countries first; this adds a Country field to each branch.
  • City order / Country order — drag to choose the order, and add an icon to each city or country if you like.
  • Coming soon — tick it on a branch that isn't open yet; it shows with a “Coming soon” label.

Where branches appear

The Branches block sits on your page in the place you choose in Section order. Visitors can open any branch in Google Maps. Branch taps and “nearest branch” taps are counted in Analytics.

In the Shop, pick-up orders let customers choose one of these branches.
