Appearance: templates and design

Templates

Dashboard → Appearance → Templates. Each template is shown as a small live version of your own page, with your links. Your content never changes when you switch — only the look.

1. 1Search by name or pick a category (Restaurants, Cafés, Pharmacies, Clinics & health, Business, Personal, Creators, Stores, Fashion & beauty, Fitness, Real estate, Music & events…).
2. 2Tap a template: the preview shows it on your page and it says “Not saved yet”.
3. 3Press Save changes in the bar at the bottom.

Which templates your plan includes

Locked templates show a lock with the plan that includes them. You can still preview them on your page — saving needs that plan.

If your page already uses a template that's no longer in your plan, it keeps it.

Found a template in the gallery?

When you pick a template on linkom.app/templates and then open Appearance, a banner asks “Apply the … template?” — press Apply.

Customize: background

Appearance → Customize works on top of any template. Background has five options:

• Template — the design's own background.
• Colour — any colour, or one of 12 quick swatches.
• Gradient — two colours, a Direction and 8 presets.
• Image (Starter and up) — JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB.
• Video (Pro and up) — MP4 or WebM up to 15 MB. Short loops of 5–15 seconds work best; it plays muted.

Tip: Images and videos have two slots: Phone (portrait, 1080 × 1920) and Computer (landscape, 1920 × 1080). One file is enough — it's used on both when the other is empty. Use Darken (0–70%) and Text colour (Auto, Light, Dark) to keep your text readable.

Customize: font, photo and effects

• Font — System (the visitor's device font) or one of 11 fonts that have both English and Arabic letters, like Cairo, Tajawal, Almarai and IBM Plex Sans Arabic.
• Template photo — for templates with a photo, upload your own (up to 5 MB) or go back to the template's photo.
• Background effect — Snow, Twinkling stars, Bubbles, Confetti, Petals, Hearts, Rain, Fireflies, Moving dots, lines or waves, with a colour and an amount.
• Profile picture effects — Shine, Glow, Spinning ring, Ripple and Float. Combine as many as you like.
• All buttons — one look for every link button: colours, corners and an effect. A link with its own style keeps it.
• Reset all — back to the template's look (then save).

Classic branch finder designs

Under All you'll also find the Classic designs (Emerald, Indigo, Sunset orange) — the original design with the full GPS branch finder. They're free. Customize, tabs and some blocks work only with templates.
