Email and password

  • Change email — for your security we first send a link to your current email to approve the change, then ask you to confirm the new one.
  • Change password — type your current password and the new one (at least 8 characters). Your other devices are signed out.
  • Signed up with Google? Use Set a password to be able to sign in with email too.

Language

Choose the language linkom speaks to you in: your dashboard, linkom's site and every email we send you use it. You can also choose it when you sign up or sign in.

Email notifications

The Weekly report arrives every Sunday morning with your visitors, WhatsApp taps, top links and branches. Turn it on or off here. Order emails are set in Shop, and sign-up emails in Pop-ups & features.

Autosave

Turn it on to save changes automatically a moment after you stop editing. It applies to the browser you're using.

Two-factor authentication

From then on, signing in asks for a code. You can tick Trust this device for 30 days.

  1. 1Press Turn on two-factor authentication and confirm your password.
  2. 2Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password…), or type the key by hand.
  3. 3Save your backup codes somewhere safe — each one works once if you lose your phone.
  4. 4Type the 6-digit code from the app and press Confirm and turn on.

Signed-in devices

See every device signed in to your account and when it was last active. Sign out any of them, or press Sign out all other devices. A second entry for the same kind of device is usually an earlier sign-in from a private window or another browser profile.
